• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement prevention and mitigation controls to reduce the risk to “As Low As Reasonably Practicable” (ALARP). - Conduct “Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments” (ESHIA) at the planning stage and implement monitoring and management plans (ESHMP) before commencing and during operations
• Provide regular HSE training, and instruction and assure competence.
